Smart Campus System
A Smart Campus extends digital capability from the individual classroom to the whole institution, integrating academic delivery, campus operations and physical infrastructure on a common network. Academic components include lecture capture, hybrid and remote teaching facilities, a learning management system and digital library services. Operational components cover single-sign-on identity, campus Wi-Fi, student and staff access control, CCTV and safety monitoring, visitor management, energy and utility metering, room and timetable booking, and cashless payment for campus services. Data from these systems feeds a management dashboard that shows facility utilisation, attendance, energy consumption and service demand. The objective is an institution where infrastructure, teaching and administration operate from shared data rather than disconnected departmental systems.
The problem we solve
Academic, security and facility systems are procured separately, each with its own login and its own data, so nothing can be planned or reported against anything else.
The outcome you get
One credential and one directory across all campus systems, teaching capacity extended beyond the lecture theatre, and infrastructure investment justified by measured utilisation.
Scoped, delivered, documented.
Hybrid teaching facilities
Lecture capture and lms intergration
campus-wide network and single sign-on
digital identity
access control-cctv
visitors management and campus safety
