C2D Services has implementation of The Paradox Box™ System for Audit Risk Management at the Ghana Revenue Authority.

We are also the sole agent and partner in Papua New Guinea for BearingPoint. CladePNG collaborated with BearingPoint, a global management and technology consulting firm, on strategic IT projects within the banking sector. Their joint efforts focused on core banking platform modernization. In this context, they interviewed core banking platform providers, assessed their offerings, and identified strengths and weaknesses.

CladePNG collaborated with C2D Services, a Montreal-based company specializing in international development projects. One notable project involved Business Process Mapping and Development in the Solomon Islands. CladePNG assisted the Inland Revenue Division (SIIRD) in improving tax administration efficiency, enhancing tax compliance, and safeguarding the nation’s revenue base. Additionally, C2D Services conceptualizes and implements innovative projects across continents, emphasizing SMART key performance indicators and effective project monitoring

BearingPoint

The goal was to improve efficiency, provide real-time access to banking services, support data-driven decisions, and facilitate regulatory compliance. By aligning modern core banking platforms with business strategies, CladePNG and BearingPoint empowered banks to thrive in a dynamic digital landscape BearingPoint supported NORD/LB to implement a virtual data platform as a crucial building block in their data management strategy. The platform enables self-service business intelligence for better business insights and decision-making, as well as improved reporting processes, with higher data quality and less manual effort.
